Jared is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in individual and class action matters and is involved in all aspects of litigation from start to finish, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Jared has mediated and litigated cases in state and federal court, tried cases to verdict as first and second chair, and handled appeals before the New York State Appellate Division and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Jared is a graduate of New York Law School with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland.
